Vodacom service a disgrace

I recently wrote a review on the useless service of Vodacom. They (Vodacom) rep**** promptly on my review and said a consultant will call me. I am still waiting and nobody has made a evert to contact me. My opion of Vodacom has not changed and they have once again proved how useless they are.
