Vodacom service

I have had fiber with vodacom for almost a year I have had 0 issues my network works well every day with no issues in speed or anything I work from home so a stable network if very important to me, I was told there customer service is terrible, well my experience has been quite the opposite they are extremely helpful willing to go the extra mile for there clients, they are very knowledgeable even if it is not in there department they are always on point and 10 out of 10 times my queries are resolved the first call, and I dont think i have ever held on to speak to a consultant for more than 5 min I really happy that I chose vodacom as i here from friends and coluques how they battle with there ISP's but I have had 0 issues in over a year they are one of the best if not the best in our country when it comes to internet providers. I am very impressed with theire service and customer service thank you Vodacom very difficult to find reliable and effective ISP's and not just when there are no issues when there are they get sorted same time, well done.
