Vodacom service

Vodacom service is very poor,my daughter she's out of calls because vodacom they a saying the internet is not working, ad she's a student in university and is difficult for us to get hold of her because she's can't make calls or receive calls. When we called vodacom account they a failing to assist but they already deducted my account for subscription fees and for the device 😑 I've try several times to get assist from vodacom but is not working,Only a consultant from vodacom she's was willing to help by sichronosing the network but it never worked, So what's a way forward now with vodacom because their home router is not working, ad they upgraded this number to Data line without telling me via call center which now it's affecting my daughter at school and is exam time Vodacom is useless
