Vodacom service

Been client of Vodacom for +-13 years.

Missed one debit order (by accident) paid in the premium and it takes days to open my account again. According to call centre it will take 2-5 hours. Noooooot!!!!!!

My business and wife's business is standing still, nobody can help us at any call centres.

Need to wait another day to speak to another call centre.

Service is ****..... Definately moving to another provider after my contract expires.
