Vodacom service

Had to give a one star rating, cos there not a -1 rating available. Vodacom coverage map show that I have LTE, 3G & EDGE available where i live, so i got TWO VIP contract with them, but low and behold....ZERO coverage!!! all i get is "not registered on network" so i phone the call center, mistake one (you can only get a job in a vodacom call center if you have a IQ less than 10). 3 Queries and a month later im told to go buy a booster at my local vodashop!! and keep in mind im less than 3km form the vodacom tower! The best part of the sms they send you after just closing the query AGAIN is :"We value your continues support as loyal vodacom customer" what a joke! Your service is at the same lever as our governments... NONE EXISTING! #Voda****
