I am waiting for my contract phone to be delivered,i can see you guys did a credit check on my profile, there hasn't been any communication, i tried calling 082 135, it say's the number does not exist.

03 Jun 2020, 11:27I had my phone on me the whole day, my first contract application got canceled cause according to you guys you couldn't get hold of me, but i had this phone on me whole-day, and did NOT get a call from a confirmation agent, i did another application and again waiting for a call from a confirmation agent, ***, i am waiting, can you PLEASE ask an agent to call me, i called the sales department already and they say a confirmation agent has to call me, i'm waiting.
