VODACOM SERIOUSLY PATHETIC SERVICE...HOW IS THIS STORE STILL IN BUSINESS??

I bought a phone from the Vodacom 4U store at Trade Route Mall on the 11 July 2021. The brand new phone was switching off continuously. I took it back and they did an out of box failure. Today is the 5th August and I still have not been refunded. The service is pathetic, nobody calls you back, when you go into the store the staff thinks they doing you a favor. THE WORST SERVICE FROM VODACOM. This store should not be in business if this is the service they provide.
