Vodacom Seriously needs help.

Again ...extremely disgusted in Vodacom. After my last complaint to Vodacom I eventually get a call from a guy that actually seemed to want to help. Only to tell me that he needs to speak to the legal team and WILL come back to me ...... IM STILL WAITING !!!!! and everyday I'm getting calls from VVM which is Vodacom's debt collection asking me for money and STILL they can't even tell me what it's for .... all I get is really bad attitudes and threats if I don't pay. Are we really at the point where people have no idea what they doing anymore or is it just me? After market service is ********** in this country. if I have an irate customer, I make sure I do everything in my power to help them get what they need. It hopefully gives me and the business a better name because you go that extra mile to help and hopefully future business. These companies obviously make so much money that one customer is ok to mess around with.
