Vodacom Series 9 gps and cellular connecting to One Number Service

I do not understand why Vodacom has not done a knowledge transfer of how to connect the Apple SE GPS + Cellular to a vodacom line. I had this issue a while back, after calling over 30 different technicians and doing multiple walk-ins in the Vodacom stores, my query only got resolved after I highlighted in to Hello Peter. Well Vodacom, I am having the issue again, I tried your technicians online and none of them have a clue on how to resolve this issue, so please kindly get a competent technician to call me back and assist me with connecting the two devices. I am an IPhone 14 user FYI.
