VODACOM SENDS WRONG DEVICES
After I have reported a previous incident the vodacom consultant promised to fix the mistakes, but just ruined my whole account by firstly changed my deal without my permission and up to today I am still waiting for the device. Don't TRUST Vodacom at all anymore!

10 Jul 2018, 10:48I am really not satisfied with your consultants or the responses received so far. If you can't keep up on your promises don't do business at all. It seems like you are only money driven not client orientated. How many more months until you correct my contract or will your consultants keep on changing my contracts without my permission and how long before you send me a new device lets see it all started in March we are already in July 2018 so how many more lies and messed up stories are you going to give to me, in the meanwhile you are deducting my money for no satisfaction on my side at all. What you keep on forgetting is that we all have voice recordings on our phones these days.
