Vodacom sending spam

Spams and ****s. Keep messaging me on the phone about offers. I have complained at Vodacom Red several times.

Typical responses: 1. Block the number, there is no number 2. SMS ALL stop to 31050 3. Escalate to technical since call centre cannot assist

But Vodacom cannot stop messaging me about more spam and ****s.

How do I know it is spam or ****: 1. Return telephone number 2. No option to opt out 3. I never opt in 4. Suspicious web links inside the sms, like voda.com and not vodacom.com. No bank would put weblinks in their sms's to prevent the users from being redirected to a wrong website. Vodacom should be on the same standard to prevent sim swap ***** by not putting links in their communications.
