Vodacom sending sms messages at inappropriate times
Why do you send sms messages at any time of the day. I keep my phone on during the night for emergency's and then at 4;50 in the morning I receive a couple of sms messages to tell me: Welcome to Vodacom talking points, you will be rewarded with points every time you recharge". I am on contract and don't even have talking points. Do you think this is this an appropriate time to send this out to customers? This is also not the first time, the last time I got a few messages to tell me Volte has been activated at 3am.
