Vodacom sells the Samsung Tab E brick as new device without any warning.

Upgraded my tablet contract at Vodacom Fourways to a Samsung Tab E. To my surprise the operating system is over 5 years old being Kitkat 4.4 from 2013. None of my business applications work on it like Microsoft OneDrive and Office 365. I feel that before they gave me the device they should have warned me this new device is that old and probably most new applications will not work on it. Vodacom says I cannot return the device as the box is open. Wow what about Treat the Customer Fairly???
