VODACOM SELLS REJECT DEVICES AND ROBS THERE CLIENTS

Worse service provider ever , selling the ****piest Xiaomi brand phones... Took out a 36m contract for a Xiaomi 11Tpro in 2022 and Till date have been paying a phone I had for only 4months until the network problems only got worst , it started 1st with me not receiving emails the the whole 3gand 4g dropped , couldn't use it's GPS . Sent it in for service and it came back with a broken camera and well as the dual Sim not working ... It then went back in for repairs it's 3 years the contract is almost paid up and I still haven't got my phone back .. They refused to give me a new phone for the same value and now when I call in... They send from pillar to post different departments and no1 can tell me What is happening... More then R24000 PAID TO THEM AND STILL NO Device . Had to take out another cheaper contract just so I could have device to use😡😡😡
