Vodacom sells faulty phone and then refuses to provide a loan phone while the faulty phone is in for repairs

<p>I got an upgrade in October 2016 from the Vodacom Shop at Middelburg Mall (Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace). The GPS on this phone has not worked properly since I got it. When I asked if I would get a loan phone while my current phone was in for repairs, I was told I would have to go to the repair shop in Witbank in order for this to happen. It doesn't make any sense that a faulty phone is sold to me and then I am the one who has to shlep off to Witbank if I want a loan phone. The shop at Middelburg Mall should get their act together and organize a loan phone for me (with GPS). </p>
