Vodacom sells ****s and doesn't sell what it says on ads plus the service are pathetic!!!!!!!!!

Basically the shame happened to me! 2 weeks ago I took out a 36 month contract on a Lenova especially for the DVD RW, when i want to use the DVD there where no DVD Player its only a cover. The lady Neo at Three Rivers Mall told me I must take out another more expensive contract with a DVD for R449, when i looked at that laptop there was also no Dvd RW - its like they dont know what they selling. But I will still pay 36 months on the R249 Lenova with no Dvd, she told me i must go to Matrix or Incredible Conn to fit a Dvd it will cost around R850 extra????? Lenova phoned me and told that all there laptops have Dvd RW i must sort this with a vodacom branch manager. I am a vodacom business customer for 12 years spend between 8000 - 12000 per month on my account and thats how they treat me!! Apparently they just fix up second hand laptops and sell as new. What it says on their ads and what you get are not the same! PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
