Vodacom sells data for a recycled sim card
I use a Vodacom sim card in my Huawei MiFi router. I didn't use the device for a longer period. Then I needed it again. I bought data for the sim card using Vodapay. Buying data is very easy. The router kept telling me "no service" I checked the sim card in a cellphone. No signal. The sim card had been recycled. How is it possible that Vodacom sells data for a recycled sim card? When chatting with them on Facebook the answer was: "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused" Isn't that too easy? How often does this happen? How much money does Vodacom ***** with these ***** transactions? Is it within the law to sell data for non-excisiting sim cards? I do not think so, but huge companies like Vodacom do as they please and the customer means nothing to them! I just call it THEFT!!!!!!
