Vodacom sells contracts even if they dont have stock

Your sales agents phoned me all excited on the latest offer of the new XZ1 + Playstation 4, they were full of promises and said it will be here within 3 days its been a week now and they simply told me today that there is no stock in the country??

I was thinking of canceling my contract, but because of such a good deal I could let i pass,

Now I am left with your bad customer service, lack of stock control, under-delivering. How can you sell something to someone if you dont have stock?

Do you see people buying bread that are not on shelves? No because some companies can actually control their stock levels vs sales. Not over-promising and under-delivering!!!
