Vodacom selling unfair packages and reckless lending

Vodacom upgraded me on unlimited calls and data by telling me that I will pay R299 whilst I was still on top up on account I***,I had to pay R3000 which is way above my budget and for me this was reckless lending from Vodacom side,their agents are selling untruthful packages to clients over the phone..I want to revert back to the top up package because I will end up being on credit bureau due to their reckless and unfair packages and luring of clients by lying that they will be saving money I want to be taken back to top up package asap.
