VODACOM SELLING REJECT CELL PHONES

I purchused a Samsung J1 from Vodacom store in Edendale mall on the 24 July 2015 cash for R 1600. In the first week of use the phone started troubling. I reported the same to the store , who in return did a software upgrade. This made me very upset . It came back with the same problems . To cut a long story short . It has further been to Durban twice for repairs , the 1st trip to Durban was for another further software upgrade and then last week again it went for repairs . This time they changed the battery LCD screen ,software upgrade etc. The handset is still working the same as a reject second-hand phone . I told the guys from Vodacom, how can I buy a brandnew phone for that price and it functions like a second hand phone. It has been for repairs 3 times and the problem has not been sorted out . What pathetic service is that. It makes me think whether when one buys a brand new handset, whether it is a new handset or recon phone.I own and run a legal consulting business and use my phone often to interact with my clients. The reject unit has cost me money and Vodacom , still don't want to change the handset for something more better and reliable .
