Vodacom selling ****** phones

Jay Garden · Shared with Public Vodacom and Vodacom Business. you have blacklisted one of my phones incorrectly. after about 4 months of struggle and fighting with you, i have now been told that Telkommobile have blacklisted the device. Firstly, how can Telkom blacklist a Vodacom device, and why have you not fixed this error. As the story continues, a lady in your call centre informs me, that this is a ****** device from a iPhone order that was meant to go to Telkom, but you have sold me this device as a brand new Vodacom phone, that has come off the back of a truck somewhere... You call centre have even sent me who has blacklisted the phone and reported it ******: ITC Ref ***7 MSISDN ***2 IMEI ******340 Event Date 0408-08-23 Participant TELKOM MOBILE Reason BAD DEBT Type Blacklist Police Case No CAS*** Police Station B CLEAR INTERNAL Contact Mahlako Mokgabudi Name ID No I have been paying for a device for months now that does not work, that was bought as a new Vodacom device, and that another supplier has managed to blacklist as it is a ****** device... How is this possible Vodacom Are you going to replace this unit with a new one? Why must i keep paying for this device that no longer works, and is ****** property??? No one in your call centre can help me. Telkom say that they cannot help me... What's next Vodacom???????
