Vodacom selling lies

I am very upset and annoyed by vodacom representatives that call us with new contact offers, on the 12 June 2025 at 11:36 am i have received a call from Sibonelo calling from ***, this guy phoned me and told me that i have been selected to get a new phone under my existing contract , he promised me that this wont be an upgrade it is an additional to my existing contract, i asked him several times if there wont be any additional payment on my existing contract he promised there wont be any addition cost only caller id which was around R10.50. He also o promised to email me a quotation for the new offer which he did not send I only found out today when i phoned vodacom double checking if my debit order will remain the same I wont have any extra costs as per confirmation i had with Sibonelo, only then i found out there will be an additional cost of R210 on my account as this new cell phone was an upgrade, this is definitely not the offer i have accepted these vodacom representatives are always selling lies i am sick and tired because this is not the first time am being sold lies by them.

I want to take my business to a service provider that is loyal to their customers, i want to cancel all the contracts i have with them and change my numbers to a network that is giving their customers honest offers.
