VODACOM selling lies

On the 14th of November i sent the letter below to Vodacom last feedback on the 17th november. some guy called twice from santon repairs centre an told me he will call back later that day, Im still waiting. So on the 20th i app**** for a new phone online coz of no feedback, the phone was delivered to the wrong addrress, I called vodacom they assured me i would receive a call before delivery with in last week. I spoke to Joane in the New contract department who assurded me the admin department was informed and i will receive my phn this week. The week is almost done and still no feedback. 11 days later and still no feedback. Im still waiting for feedback on my other 2 phns that have to go in for repairs. and now i am with out a phone. My call was cut twice today by consultants from the new contracts call centre their names are Landi and the other Wesley and then i spoke to Nombulelo who also requested my address but cut the call before she could help me. I have called back now 4 times and have been holding on for 110 minutes and twice some1 answered and i was transfered to the contracts upgrade department. Thank you Lenette and Koogan Pillay for actually acknowledging my challenge with Vodacom New contracts

I requested to speak to a manager and was informed they in a meeting at 12h28 and they are not available

Is this the type of service we pay for

See communication belom for another query
Samsung note imei number ***
Samsung S6 edge imei number
***

Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
Samsung note imei number ***
Samsung S6 edge imei number***

Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
-------- Original message --------
From: ********** />Date: 2016/11/17 07:56 (GMT+02:00)
To: ********** />Subject: FW: S3-GBE3J-JNRQ6 RE: repair centre YUSUF MOHAMED LOCKHAT ********** 880
Good day
Please advise of the imei or job number for a proper feedback .
Regards
Granny

-----Original Message-----
From: ********** />Sent: Tue Nov 15 11:28:00 GMT+0 **********
To: **********
Subject: RE: S3-GBE3J-JNRQ6 repair centre YUSUF MOHAMED LOCKHAT ********** 880
Good day
Thank you for writing to us .
Please provide us with the imei or job numbers for a proper feedback .

Regards
Granny

Attention the Manager

Complaint and Disgust by service provided
I purchased 2 phones from Vodacom with the assurance from the sales person that my phones are under warranty for two years for all damages, especially the screen, I remember repeating the question "Is the screen on my phone covered for two years" and the response was yes!!

Both my phones have cracked screens, upon returning to the Vodacom store I was advised to take it to 14th avenue for repairs where I was advised by Vodacom it will be sorted and it would take a week before it would be returned. On arrival at Samsung I was asked the purchased date, of which I informed the lady and without even checking was told they cannot repair the screen as it was out of warranty.

The lady referred me to the manager who advised me that it cannot be repaired as the screen is under warranty by some other company. I went through the warranty booklet in my box and it does not state anywhere that the screen is covered for a year only.

Between SAMSUNG and VODACOM I don't care who is liable, but as I was advised by the sales individual, I want my phones repaired as per the commitment and assurance provided by the salesman. I am not responsible for misleading your clientele. Your sales staff is. As advised by the Manager at 14th ave SAMSUNG offices, I am not the first customer to complain about this.
I was **** to by your employees/Staff so that he could make a sale. I will not be held liable for being misled by your employees.
I have 5 contracts with VODACOM and this is not good business practice.

I want this resolved.

All communication to be done via email, as I want everything on record.
