Vodacom selling faulty gadgets on Black Friday
So I purchased a Laptop online ( black Friday deal). After delivery I switch I switch turn the pc on, I found that it is faulty seemed like the system software was not correctly installed. I call vodacom back they tell me that they will come and collect and I have to cancell the contract because they don't do laptops exchanges. The laptop is brand new turning it on from the 1st time it never worked now I loose the black friday deal because of them giving me a faulty Laptop. Why sell something that you can not replace when you are at fault. I decided to also cancell my due upgrade end of December. This is simlpy pathetic. Vodacom selling faulty or brocken devices for blackFriday.
