VODACOM - Selling Devices and NOT Having Stock
Be careful of Vodacom taking online orders for devices where there is no stick available and they do not advise you of this fact until AFTER the order is confirmed. Worse still, i had to call in to find out what was happening. There is ZERO correspondence from the time the quote is generated. Surely the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud should investigate this practice of selling goods not available and not informing the customer upfront.

29 Aug 2025, 11:58Hi, seems like the original message of NO stock of the device was correct despite assurances to the contrary. The contract was approved on Tuesday and has STILL not been dispatched. Exactly as advised by the agent that stock may come in today.
Please stop lying to prevent action against Vodacom as this matter is being referred to the Consumer Goods and Services ombud.
