Vodacom self-service SIM swap is useless
What is the point of offering a self-service SIM swap if it never works? I don’t have time to go to a Vodacom store, that’s why I’m using the self-service option. The call centre agents are equally useless. DON’T OFFER A SERVICE IF YOU CAN’T DO IT RIGHT!
