Vodacom seems to take airtime and data from its customers
Vodacom seems to be at it again, taking data and airtime from its customers. I lost over R100 today as well as 150MB of data in the course of 1 hr, with the same settings on my cellphone as I have always had, nor was I using my cellphone to call someone, as I was driving. Needless to say, my background data was set to the same apps as has been for the last number of years and from the history of my contract, Vodacom can see that I use 250mb every 30 days and have never ever used 150mb in 1 hr. I eventually switched my cellphone off completely, but before that did a balance check and when I switched my phone on again, I had lost another R45, even though my cellphone was switched off. HOW CAN THIS BE?????
