Vodacom seems to be incapable of fixing ***** allegedly committed by their staff members

Dear Vodacom,

I have tried every avenue available to get your employees to stop and reverse the ********** transactions on my father's cellular account, to no avail.

My father is a 78 year old pensioner, diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in a very advanced stage. He is terminal.

He stresses every day because of the ***** committed on his cellular account, allegedly by three of your employees.

Two of the transactions were stopped and the invoices reversed but the third one is still active and the transactions have not been reversed.

The ********** number is ********** .

The ***** was committed on the 10th of October 2017 and we have been trying to get it corrected since he was first called regarding an outstanding balance circa R 6 000.

He is a very old, sick, dying man who lives of a government old age pension of R 1 800.00 per month. The R 2 100.00 that was deducted from his bank account during October 2017 for the three cellular phones was his food money.

He was left alone on a farm with no communications during the festive season when your employees put his account on hold.

I honestly don't know what to do. To look at this very fragile and frail man who battles to walk and communicate, literally crying because he cannot get the problem fixed, is taking a toll on all of us.

I do not want him to spend his last months agonizing about this unnecessary nonsense. Please assist us to have this matter resolved as soon as possible.

Thank you.

Celia Neveling

Dear Vodacom, After all your quick responses and warm regards, you processed another debit order against my father's bank account today. Circa R 2 900. Another month where he will not have money for food. And this after I paid his phone for 6 months in advance a few days ago to prevent this from happening. I have never experienced this level of incompetence, arrogance, disrespect, or lack of knowledge. How utterly pathetic. And this is the most expensive cellular company in our country. Celia Neveling.

Dear Vodacom, When was the last time that you saw your Forensics Team? Maybe they got lost trying to find the building they work in. Perhaps you should send a Rescue Team. Celia Neveling

Dear Vodacom, Banning me from your Facebook page is not going to solve your problems. Not at all. Celia Neveling
