Vodacom Secunda terrible service

I wanted to take a new contract with you. I walk into vodacom Secunda, stand with my ticket in hand for 30min while your staff sit and play on their phones. This is terrible service and yet again shows how little vodacom cares about customer service

So today is the third day after I have written this review of Vodacom Shop in Secunda. i was contacted by someone that explained to me that the manager from the shop will phone me to sort out this situation. Today is 3 days later and still nothing? does Vodacom really not care about customers at all or this just the level of of professionalism that can be expected from Vodacom.
