Vodacom Secunda

Vodacom Store Secunda - Took my phone in for repairs, phoned 3 business days later, only to find they have not even dispatched my phone to the repair center. Wanted to speak to the manager, "Sorry sir, she is not in" - "but she will phone you back" .. Have not heard from the manager. It seems easy to make apologies, but impossible to do their actual work... The tech assistant did not disclose to me that they required 10 phones before they dispatch it to the repair center. If I knew this beforehand, I would have taken the phone to a repair center personally.
