Vodacom *****s up again

I don't know why but every time me or my wife has to upgrade vodacom really go completely retarded. Did my wife's upgrade no problem phone received. Tried to do my upgrade problem with system, call the call center they are offline, Request help on facebook of when the call center will be available again and get a response that it is only to be told when i called that upgrades is offline and i have to go to a vodacom shop. Go to vodacom shop they tell me now that there is an upgrade fee. Miraculously vodacom calls me and says the system is back on line again. Give them all my detail and now I'm still waiting. no sms no call no tracking number for new device. Really really pathetic Vodacom.
