Vodacom scarmers

I'm very disappointed by vodacom I was ****med in 2023 by taken the contract under my name so I submitted all the required documents to them and they do the investigations they prove that it wasn't me then they refunded my money and they told me the case is closed but now they place on credit debt cause they say I'm owing them R31000 if I contact them they told me bull **** my life i stacked now because of this problem please assist
