Vodacom ****s people

Am very dissapointed with vodacom. Apprently i have a vodacom contract for 36 months that i dont know off. I had to call customer service to get details. An samsung A53 was taken under my details from a online company called like minds online vodacome. Account I***_2 the account was activated on the 20 December. I went to vodacom shop to log a ***** case ref EC-1LQ2-22PYJR but didnt receive any feedback instead they tried to debit my account again this month. I want all debit orders STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. And i also want to know who signed for the phone because only i can produce my ID card where you delivered phone to and i would also like the call recording of me authorizing vodacom to debit my account for a cellphone contract A53.
