Vodacom ****S FOR BLACK FRIDAY
@Vodacom , I app**** for a black Friday deal with you guys- Received the confirmation e mail , Billing SMS as well as a request to port my number SMS . BUT when i call your call center they dont know noting about this and cannot find my details anywhere on your system , what surprises me the most is that the consultant that i spoke to on the 03/12/2019 he advised me that even PRIOR TO BLACK FRIDAY THE P20 PRO IS A OLD PHONE AND VODAOCM DID NOT HAVE STOCK OF IT , YET THIS WAS ADVERTISED!
I want answers to this ASAP
