VODACOM ****S CUSTOMERS FOR SALES!!

I have been with vodacom for 16 years. It was the 1st network i used with my 1st ever cellphone. Im still even using that same simcard. Had it cut into neno sim. I was happy with the network for years but few years back i had a problem with network , well that i didnt take it as a major problem. I had a rooter and data contract for 2 years also had a data contract on my phone sim.i received a call from vodacom teller marketer offering me a new contract.he said i will be receving 10G day and 5 G night surf. We had an agreement. To my suprise i received an email of the contract with different offers from the ones agreed upon on the telephone conversation. I made a call to enquire so that i can understand and cancel if there is a need as i was told that i can withdraw within 14days . The consultant said the contract is called 5G but i will be receiving 10G for day data. Well i belived the lady. At the end of the month it was a difderent story i only received 5G day and 5G night surf.well it was too late to cancel and i let everything be as it was. Few weeks ago i received another call from vodacom and the telermarketer made and offer comparing it with my combined vodacom contracts.she mentioned the total amount that i was paying and offered a lower amount on more airtime. I was curious on how it was possible she explained and i was sold .Later that day i received an email with a total different offer deal on the contract. The following day i made a call to cancel with immediate effect but i was told that that is impossible the cancellation had to go through channels before being cancelled. Now a deduction has been made on my account with triple the amount that i was paying. I am angry and dissapointed with the way vodacom is trying to make sales.THEY LIE AND DECEIVE!!! to grow their company
