Vodacom ******** their clients

Vodacom is also ******** their own customers. Being told I am allowed to do a device upgrade on a later stage and can do a package upgrade so long then when I today phoned the shop wanting to do that device upgrade I get told "o no you can't because you have already did a upgrade and a voucher was issued so now you can't upgrade." Being with Vodacom for about 20 years you can take your contracts, upgrades and vouchers and stuff it up you ass you are becoming the biggest bull****ters in the world. Maybe its time for a change because you cant even keep to your word!!!
