Vodacom ******** people

I took a new contract with vodacom online and the consultant **** that the phone is new then when the phone arrived it was old I canceled immediately that ws end of June bt the phone has not been collected till today I have called more than 20 times but still no one has picked up the phone and yesterday they had the decency to deduct money from my account. Useless bunch of hypocrites. The service is poor they don't deserve to serve anyone
