Vodacom ******** Clients with ********** charges "content services"

Vodacom added a cool R321.90 ********** additional charges on my contract this month for "content services", as per Vodacom- the service was "some gaming thing" at a charge of R10 a day- they could not elaborate as to who authorized these transactions or why it was coming off of my account- no details as to what this R10pd is in aid of, also how does the amount go to R321.90 and not R320? Vodacom are allowing 3rd parties- (probably their own staff who recognize these ********** loopholes and exploit them) to add fees directly to your account- which they then earn a commission on- there was enough information to charge my account but not enough to inform me as a customer of over 15 years that this "content service" was added- you cant even tell me when it started- so how the **** do you bill someone if you cannot tell when it started? Vodacom are allowing ***** on your contracts people!! How is it possible to tell me how many seconds i used over my free minutes but no answer as to how ********** charges get added and billed? I will be contacting my lawyers and cancelling my contract as soon as possible- not that it would mean anything to them.

*Update* I received a call at 5pm yesterday - not for resolution - just to let me know they've received my complaint- they hung up the phone after I repeatedly asked what the purpose of the call was? Just to inform me the request is being "handled by the team" and these requests take up to 7 working days?! you got your ****ing money quick enough didn't you? Again an example of just how clients are valued by this sham of a business- Vodacom are the ******* in this story and I will be laying a charge of theft

You attempted numerous times? so 3 times in 3 days is numerous ? as a valued client do you not have my email address that you send my statements too? Could you perhaps leave a voicemail or a return contact number? Perhaps even a text with a name and contact number? I work for a living and therefore cannot always be contacted on my cell during working hours. But again- what would the point of the call be? as above- the last call was literally to inform me that you were working on the case with no other details available- as the so called biggest service provider in South Africa you really are useless at customer relations- perhaps if you took your hands out of the "content services" cookie jar you are *****ING from you could focus a bit on your "valued" clients and not quote 72 hours for a turnaround time on a ****in query-
