Vodacom ********

Vodacom and their insurance partner Finrite have ****med me. I took a contract with vodacom and their insurance, according to the advert and agreements i was covered for up to R5000. 6 months later i lost my insured cellphone and when i claimed, i was charged a betterment fee because the phone that i wanted costed more than R5000 according to the shop. When i made follow ups with the insurance, i was told that the Phone is not more than R5000. I asked what happened to the betterment fee i paid, i was told it's gonna be refunded. 3 weeks later i am told that i will not be refunded. Never ever taking a contract with these two. Never every!
