Now apparently I have been paying for some of this stuff since 2017 and I would like to be refunded as my service provider these things cannot be allowed, I just pay my account monthly thinking I don’t have to go through it with a fine comb and now I find this out

I called in today and these things are apparently on my account that get deducted daily for over a year now

Hunky Dory – R 10 per day Mobile Academy – R 10 per day Pic Video – R 20 per day

At R 40 per day I would be spending R 14600 per year which is an absolute joke I want to be refunded for this money, I have been a Vodacom customer since before I can remember and did not expect this.
