Vodacom ****

I got a debit order from vodacom which i had no idea what it was about only to find out it was for a new contract i never made i went to the vodacom shop at mall at reds and they told me there was nothing they can do and that it was from their subsidaries called like minds from durban i have been trying fro the last 4 days to call them without anyluck and everytime i try calling vodacom there is no human assistant on their customer care line i have been ****med by vodacom and i dont know what to do
