VODACOM **** Bought 10GB received 3.55GB
I bought data from the app this morning for my WIFI number. I bought 10GB to be charged to my account, I went into the app right after and there was 3.55GB left???? They are ******** us, for fudge sake!!! I want the data to be issued to me or refunded. I immediately took a screenshot as evidence. So please do not even try to tell me I am wrong. I never actually believed they ***** data but I saw it with my own eyes and can prove it!!!

Someone from Vodacom called me and told me exactly what I can read on my statement.
How much data was spent on what. I am not an imbecile I can read too.
I want to know HOW could this happen?
Oh no, I must've spent it according to him!!
So IN A NUTSHELL .....VODACOM WILL NEVER ADMIT THAT OUR DATA DISAPPEAR!!!!
