Vodacom ****

Vodacom is arm twisting people and robbing them of their hard earned cash, last year one of their field sales agents rocked up at our apartment selling vodacom fibre deal which was R599/ month unlimited connection.

We signed up with them and as part of the deal the sales person ( Bianca) told us we will have free complimentary connection while waiting for the fibre team to connect us, so a week later a LTE router was delivered and we started to use the "free" internet. The fibre never got installed therefore we just left it alone and Bianca told us we can cancel the deal in 12 months. We waited till 12 months had lapsed and we tried cancelling oh boy the nightmare started , we called their contact center and the agents started tossing us around from one department to another l remember the other agent saying the contract cant be cancelled because it was for 2 years, l told her no it was one year thats what we signed up for besides we never used the fibre service it was NEVER INSTALLED, she then gave me a number to call i tried the number and it does not go through you are kept on hold forever l have used a lumpsum on airtime trying to fix this. And everymonth am getting a bill of R1200, and have a bill amounting to R7200 for services am not using!

Can anyone tell me where to report these ****s, for a company as huge and reputable as vodacom l dont think they are doing themselves a favour you would expect that kind of behavior from **********.

They must put their house in order from the contact center to the finance department to the fibre department and overall operations because someone is not doing their job properly am so angry why must l pay for services am not using.??

My cell is ***
