On the 4 April 2018, I received a call from a Call centre in Durban claiming to be from Vodacom ( ********** 700). Of which the agent was able to provide an extensive amount of personal information that only Vodacom should have known. The agent also mentioned that my wifi contract would be expiring soon and was also able to confirm the amount of data i receive ASWEL as the amount of lines I had.
Somewhere, somehow, Vodacom staff are selling CONFIDENTIAL information to unsolicited companies. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!!!!!!!!
