Vodacom ****
I was offered the 3GB bonus data for 3 months for free, when I upgraded to my new phone. On month 4 I was debited for the 3GB, but to date i havent received any of this data. Im upset that I paid for something I havent received, and im getting nowhere with customer care plus all my visits to various Vodacom stores.
Absolutely pathetic. A week ago i raised this issue after the payment went off, I visited the shop where I did the upgrade and they told me they will log a ticket, and still nothing has happened. Customer care was absolutely useless in assisting me as well.

But i have not seen any 3GB data ever in any of these balances.. this is why i bought my OWN DATA FROM MY OWN AIRTIME FOR THE LAST HOW MANY MONTHS. Now im getting 1gb out of goodwill?? But i paid for 3gb from my OWN money?? Im sorry but this is not right.
