Vodacom says I owe them AFTER I HAVE CANCELLED ALL my contracts!

I have just sent Vodacom a very angry mail. Here's my reasons why:

I have cancelled a contract with them in 2018, because of there lack of service. Then I received a mail from them on the 7th of September 2020, saying I owe them R959.23 for this particular number(contract). Just to find out they never cancelled it, they just suspended it, and somehow it reactivated in 2020, now I owe them money.

Then I try and find out why this happened and I want to dispute it, but with absolutely NO SUCCESS! This is after numerous phone calls and just being transferred from one poephol to the other, or the line just drops after hanging on for anything from 10 to 30minutes... I then went to a Vodacom store one day and after about 3 and a half hours the staff at the store tells me - sorry, but they can't help me because the same thing is happening to them (calls being dropped, phoning over and over again, and just being transferred around from one person to the other).

So I decided stuff this, and I just paid them the R959.23 they so desperately need, even though the mistake is and was on their side. I paid them because these idiots(Vodacom) are negatively affecting my credit score. Which by the way was great, before Vodacom as I have never missed a payment on ANY of my accounts EVER!

With me now having to go trough the hole process again of canceling the contract again (that was supposed to be done in 2018), I EXPLICITLY asked them more than once, if they can confirm that ALL my contracts have now been cancelled? Their answer was "YES", and do I owe them anything else, or is there any more money they want to try to ***** from me? Their answer was "NO".

Now today guess what, I got a call from "VVM" their debt collectors (a very nice and friendly lady by the way) saying that this USELESS PATHETIC Vodacom has given me over to them because I owe them another R160 something...

Guys & Girls, please stay away from Vodacom. They promise you the moon and the stars but don't deliver jack ****. It's very easy to get a contact with them, but close to impossible to cancel it. And once you do, and you think you have cancelled and you are in the clear, they will surprise a few months or years down the line with - "no sir / ma'am it was never cancelled, just suspended (or whatever the case / excuse may be), please pay us for something you are not even using or aware about..."

They people are Sharks and will try and get as much out of you as possible! STAY AWAY! You've been warned...
