Vodacom Savannah Mall Service
My mom went to the Vodacom store in Polokwane, Savannah mall for fibre deal and instead of the sale consultant saying they did not have it in store, he made lies and said that the fibre requires installation and connection also lured her into taking a contract that is not unlimited and very pricey to push on sales, the consultant did not explain also the contract period and data that was on that plan. A copy of the plan was also not handed over.
When he was confronted he instead was very arrogant.
Quite dissatisfied and disappointed with the level of service.
