Hello Vodacom

i am very appalled and annoyed now by the lack of service i have been subjected to at your SANLAMHOF branch where i app**** for a phone ,they didnt even revert to me i had to go ask of the outcome of the application , After i went to inquire they told me im approved but they dont have stock they waiting on Head Office to delivery , which i understand but its their nonchalent ,slow i dont care attitude of the two ladies that work there that im very displeased with , as i still dont have no official email confirming my application being approved .

can someone please look into this and help so i can know what to do next .
