Vodacom SA(Nelspruit)

Vodacom is the worst company to work for, whilst being an employee at this company I was persecuted whilst pregnant for faults which were not of my own creation as a result I was also given a rating that I should go look for work elsewhere. I am a dedicated employee and have given my life 24/7 to this company without even asking to be paid for it. What hurts me the most is that all of this happened whilst I was enduring a difficult pregnancy and working alone and as soon as I went on maternity leave the company saw it fit to now appoint someone in my absence whilst they failed to replace my colleague who also went on maternity leave and left me working alone. I have dedicated my life to this company working 24/7 but only to experience such unfair treatment! I am very sad about the unfair treatment and the ************** from Vodacom SA (Nelspruit). People are very quick to judge others unfairly and without giving them a chance to prove themselves and purely based on wrong perceptions or opinions of others, I really feel victimized just because of my gender or because I am new to this region.
