Vodacom Sandton shop - terrible service

Absolutely shocking experience at the Sandton Vodacom walk in shop and the call centre. I bought a new Apple Watch and they can’t get my Onenumber / eSIM to work it sounds like rocket science to them.

I have spend 9 hours on the phone to Vodacom and I have been in store 7 times. The manager runs away every time. They have logged a call with with Tech and they said they would call me in 24-48 hours and no response.
